Basic Audio Equipment Service Procedure.
We have a very standard and simple repair policy at JLS Electronics, a $110.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is payable upon booking in your repair, we will comence repairs up to $250 , if this figure is exceeded we will provide you with an estimate ,the deposit paid is deducted from the total repair cost.
High End Model, DJ & Pro Audio Equipment Service Procedure
A $165 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is payable upon booking in your repair, we will comence repairs up to $500 , if this figure is exceeded we will provide you with an estimate ,the deposit paid is deducted from the total repair cost.
All repairs are covered by a three month warranty. This includes replaced parts and labour. Failure of a different nature during the warranty will only attract a $110 plus parts charge.
This warranty is not applicable where the manufacturers warranty applies.
Warranty does not apply to cleaning or servicing of any nature.
